Visual inspection

Certified Inspections :
A visual inspection will be performed by our certified technicians after the flue is cleaned (swept), for your added satisfaction to know the condition of your chimney inside and out by looking up through the flue from the bottom with a strong light, this process is then repeated from the chimney top.

We will inspect the outside masonry, flashing, internal flues and liners if applicable, the smoke chamber area, smoke shelf, damper, firebox, lintel and hearth. We will also walk around the roof to visually inspect it, and also inspect the roof's vents and gutters. The A.P.C. and C.S.A.C. re-commands that ALL masonry chimneys be inspected at least once a year to make sure they are clear, unobstructed, and structurally solid, and cleaned, if necessary.

This visual inspection,  will uncover most serious problems. This inspection is always included with a flue cleaning.   Upon completion, our inspector will provide our clients with a system evaluation & condition report
